Support fee is included in the MindCooker annual contract, which allows you also to get the latest upgrades, patches, documentations and any additional resources released during the contract.

Submit Query

For all your queries and technical problems, you can submit an on-line request, or send us an e-mail to support@MindCooker.com. Please include the following information in your e-mail to enable us better reply to your request:

1. Your contact information (name and e-mail)
2. Your MindCooker license serial number
3. The version your are using
4. Database/system type and version
5. Problem details: The exact message that appeared on the screen, how the problem occurred, severity of problem (blocker, critical, major, normal, minor, trivial), whether the problem can be reproduced.
